Spirituality Studies 21 Phan Thi Tho et al. Philosophically, improvements in professional efficacy echo the normative aim of Right Mindfulness to promote purposeful action grounded in ethical discernment and clarity, extending beyond productivity toward holistic well-being. By reinforcing self-regulation and prosocial orientation, mindfulness practices may serve as a protective factor against the erosion of trust and intrinsic motivation in high-demand work environments (Kinnunen et al. 2020; Salvado et al. 2021; Atienza et al. 2024). The comprehensive impact observed in this study underscores the promise of mindfulness-based approaches as scalable interventions for promoting resilience and professional effectiveness. Future research should examine longterm outcomes, explore differential effects across occupational sectors, and identify mediating mechanisms for the observed improvements. Such investigations will be critical for refining intervention protocols and optimizing their applicability in diverse organizational contexts. 5.5 Well-Being Improvement Through the Wellness Program of Right Mindfulness The findings show a significant improvement in participants’ psychological well-being after the program. Specifically, they experienced a notable increase in positive emotions, calmness, energy, sleep quality, and engagement in daily life. These results suggest that the program associated with broad improvements in self-reported well-being, particularly optimism and restorative sleep. This outcome is consistent with previous research that has demonstrated the WHO-5 is a sensitive and reliable tool for detecting changes in subjective well-being across diverse populations. Systematic reviews also confirm that the WHO-5 is widely used as both an outcome measure and a screening tool, with strong clinical validity and responsiveness to interventions (Topp et al. 2015; Domenech et al. 2025). While the study showed promising results in improving well-being, calmness, and sleep, it had some significant drawbacks. The small, specific group of people and short follow-up period also make it impossible to know if the positive effects would last over time. Future research should use larger, more diverse groups to address these issues and track them longer. Enhancements like incorporating digital tools for easier access and extending the program into community settings with social activities could also boost engagement and ensure more lasting benefits. 5.6 Participant Feedback and Experiences The participants’ feedback has shown that the WPRM brings profound and positive changes. Participants suggests that the WPRM was associated with perceived decreases in exhaustion and cynicism and perceived increases in professional efficacy. Furthermore, they noted a better emotional control, along with a significant reduction in stress and anxiety. These benefits also extended to other aspects of their lives, including improved focus, memory, sleep quality, and relationships, as well as an increased sense of happiness. These changes reflect the development of emotional regulation, attention control, and a mindful attitude, the foundational elements that enhance mental wellbeing, and the ability to cope with burnout. In addition, participants integrated mindfulness into their daily lives through short, context-specific practices. For instance, they practiced deep breathing during stressful moments at work or applied mindfulness to every breath during their daily commute. Forming a daily meditation habit, such as a 10-minute session before starting work, indicates that the practice has been internalized, paving the way for cumulative and lasting effects. This demonstrates that the program achieved its psychological goals and fostered the ability to sustain the practice in real-world environments. These findings suggest that mindfulness interventions should be flexible, emphasizing brief, context-appropriate practices and incorporating supportive mechanisms to aid maintenance, such as reminders or peer groups. At the same time, training a mindful attitude alongside specific techniques will optimize long-term effectiveness. Overall, the program shows great potential in fostering a present, purposeful, and sustainable lifestyle, but s to test durability. 5.7 Limitations and Future Directions Despite the valuable contributions of the present study to understanding mindfulness-based interventions, several limitations should be acknowledged. The relatively short intervention period and modest sample size may have limited statistical precision and constrained the generalizability of the findings. In addition, the absence of a control condition means that the observed pre-post changes should be interpreted as preliminary, as alternative explanations (e.g., time effects or nonspecific factors) cannot be ruled out. Importantly, this feasibility study aimed to evaluate intervention acceptability and immediate pre-post change
