128 Spirituality Studies reflexivity and to challenge emerging interpretations, rather than to establish inter-coder reliability. 4.5 Methodological Rigor To make the study as representative of reality as possible and ensure the data were trustworthy, the researcher adhered to the following tenets. Firstly, the discussion involved open-ended questions, which allowed the participants to express their views, expand on their responses, or amend them. In addition, the researcher meticulously studied the relevant literature. The critical discussion of the themes and sub-themes fostered alternative viewpoints and contributed to a more consistent final text. Finally, a self-inquiry method was also part of the study, in which the researcher considered her own life experiences and biases and clarified her attitude to the subject. 5 Results This section presents findings on the three research questions, focusing on how participants experienced and interpreted contemporary yoga practice in their professional context. The analytic process followed the iterative IPA stages described in the methodology, moving from initial exploratory notes to the identification of emergent themes and broader conceptual patterns. The study sample consisted of three yoga instructors, identified by proxy as P1, P2, and P3, aged from 31 to 33. Two of them identified themselves as university-educated, and one as high school-educated. One stated that she is married and has children, one lives with a partner and children, and one lives alone, without children. Two of the participants are on parental leave, and one is employed. This data will help clarify participants’ specific viewpoints and attitudes in the concluding discussion.
