About the author Doc. RNDr. Adrián Slavkovský OP, PhD. (1963) is a philosopher from Slovakia. He completed mathematical studies at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of the Comenius University in Bratislava, and he also graduated at the Theological Faculty of the Palacký University in Olomouc. He is a graduate of Ecumenical Studies at the WCC Bossey Ecumenical Institute. He received his PhD degree and attained habilitation at the University of Trnava, where he teaches Philosophy, Reli- gious Studies, and Cognitive Studies.
